Hello! I'm Derek Tucker
I'm an Industrial Designer currently working as an Industrial Design & UX Intern for Medtronic. After 2 years of studying mechanical engineering, I found my passion for design and currently attend Auburn University pursing a Bachelor's of Industrial Design.
I believe design holds incredible power and responsibility to shape positive human interactions and be inclusive, diverse, and sustainable to continually better the world around us. As I continue to grow, I look forward to the opportunities to learn and practice human-centered design everywhere I can.
Alongside learning about different fields of design, I enjoy other hobbies such as tennis, music, weight-lifting, drone flying, chess, and photography.
